If you were a King, or a Queen for that matter, what would your kingdom be like?
Lost keys
After a mostly successful creative type of day, albeit with a little frustration along the way, I'm chilling with a glass of wine. I have managed to ignore a mountain of work on my weeks off, taken some time out and touched base with all that is magical in my life.
These are the Keys to my Kingdom.
We all have them but I can't help reflect on the fact that they often get lost or misplaced.
Usually as a result of the mundane world taking a hold.
But I am also refreshed to know that one can always find them again.
I sometimes use nature, visualisation, openness, astrology, numerology, creativity as well as other things to help me remember. These are Keys that I have found along the way that give one an inkling of what it is one choses to do in this life before crossing the sea/river of forgetfulness.
As for the Kingdom
Well...that is one's own personal Sovereignty.
One must guard it well as there are many usurpers who would take it away. They are usually those who only care for themselves. With Sovereignty comes responsibility. If one flouts this the Wasteland is never too far behind. There are many examples of this through history and in the world today.
It is becoming more important than ever that every individual seeks to find the Keys to their own Kingdom.
'Work on thyself and serve the world' seems like an appropriate quote.
Thank you for taking the time to read this entry. I know it is short but the aim was to provoke some thought.

Best wishes to you and may you find yours

When keys are lost, everyone gets frustrated whether its king or queen and in order to deal with that problem, they also have to call a locksmith. Only a lock expert can provide new keys to them.
